The day was fairly cool, though it did little to improve the mood of the poker faced youth sitting outside her home/surgery. Shen watched people go about their daily lives dazedly, half in the present and half in her troubled dreams. Five years. It had been five years… so why the restless dreams now? Why not when they had first gone? It made little sense to her, even with her advanced intelligence. Sighing, the kitsune pulled the black ribbons holding her long auburn locks up, examining them against the fair skin of her palm. Why? Tying them around her wrist, she smoothed her hair down absently. Shen wasn’t one for obsessive grooming, but she couldn’t stand having her hair askew. A small quirk, perhaps, though she honestly couldn’t be bothered looking into it.
Hazel eyes surveying the now quiet area, she contemplated going back inside. Oh well, stay out, no-one’s come with any need of my services… She mused idly, toying with a small daisy she had plucked from the ground. It was unusually silent, and a saying passed through the young uska’s mind. The quiet before the storm, perhaps?

I fly high in the sky, casting a small shadow upon the ground. Useing my eagle eyes, I notice an uska sitting on a porch of a small house.
